2019 Lydia Pinkham Open Studios REgistration
PARTICIPATION FEE: $55 PER ARTIST
This year’s fee will once again be $55, helping our planning team to recruit more sponsors, expand our print and online marketing, social media presence, and publicity campaign, and continue to support our website to draw more art buyers into our studios. Multiple artists in a single studio are each responsible for their own participation fee. The fee will be collected at the end of the registration process below.
NEW for 2019: SPONSORED REGISTRATION
This year, we are introducing a sponsored registration program for artists who may be in need of financial assistance to cover the participation fee. We want to make sure this remains a community event that’s as inclusive as possible, so we have made available four sponsored registrations. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are in need of assistance. Your request will be kept confidential.
There is no specific registration deadline. Participants will be accepted until the event. However, those who wish to have images of their work considered for inclusion on this year’s postcards and posters, please register by Monday, September 16.
New AND returning participants: To register, please click on the button below and complete the required form and payment process. You will need to have the following information ready to complete your registration:

Up to 500 words describing you, your work, your processes, etc.
Up to 3 high quality digital photos of your work
(OR you will have the option to use your 2018 photos, if applicable)
Photos should be saved as ".JPEG" files at 300dpi.
Please title the images with your first initial and last name: "j_smith.jpg"
All digital photos of artists' work submitted through this form by September 16 will be considered for use on this year's postcard and poster, but due to the volume of images received, we cannot guarantee that all images will appear on these materials.

This registration system helps us to collect and organize participant information for use in promotional materials including our event website, building directories, Facebook and Instagram accounts, email blasts, and day-of event brochure.
