Alex was born and raised in Malden, MA and currently lives in Melrose, MA. . She started ceramics in 2021 after she found that much of her time was consumed by responsibilities. She carried the weight of being the eldest daughter in a first-generation immigrant family, but also discovered that creating art honors that sacrifice. It is a privilege for her to access this art medium and to have the support and love of her family in creating items that they could use in their day-to-day lives.
